No Returns Accepted for customised orders. We do not accept Returns because of the nature of the products. It is specially customised as per your requirement. However, we accept return if it is just 1 product and you ordered it as a sample to check quality, size etc. In this case the return has to be initiated within 2 days after receiving the product. You will have to courier the parcel to us. We would check the product once we get the return to our office and then will process a full refund. We would bear one way courier expenses, and the customer who returns the product has to bear one way courier charges. Once you confirm your order, we immediately start working on your order. Hence any order for customised products cannot be cancelled. You can always check with us if we have started working on your order. In rare cases if we have not started working on your order we might provide you a full or partial refund solely based on our discretion.Please understand that this is to avoid cancellations. Cancellation is not possible because the products are specially made, personalised or customised as per your requirement.
